Global Property Consultants (GPC) is Consulting Firm registered in Zambia with Patents and Company Registration Agency(PACRA) on 8th December, 2011. The Firm provides valuation of all forms of immovable assets which include land, building, equipment, plant and machinery for all purposes such as accounting, investment, compensation, bank collateral, insurance, contractor’s bond, sale and purchase, statutory tax and property tax representation etc.
The Firm was created to fill industry practice void of non- traditional valuations such as valuation for Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs) and implementations which GPC describes as ‘valuations with a human face’. GPC is also specialized in asset valuations for collateral, accounting, investment and other purposes. Other services relating to landed property include feasibility studies, determination of highest and best use (HBU), and estate agency.
GPC does assemble teams for unique assignments such as resettlement action plan (RAP) and ensure its successful implementation.
