Asset Valuation Services
GPC has over 15 years’ valuation experience of land, buildings, plant, machinery and other tangible assets. Property valuation services are the process of determining the value of a property for various purposes such as loans, statutory taxes, sales, purchase, lease, contractor’s bond, insurance, and other financial decisions. Valuation involves a professional appraiser review of the property market, the condition of the property, the location, and other factors that can affect the value. GPC is able to undertake different types of valuations such as market value, replacement value, investment value, fair value, restricted realization price (forced sale value)etc.
Land development feasibility studies
GPC conducts site assessments to determine highest and best use of the site. It also conducts site feasibility studies which helps decision-makers have a holistic view of the potential benefits, disadvantages, barriers and constraints that could affect its outcome. The main purpose of a feasibility study is to determine whether the project is not only financially viable but also beneficial from a technical, legal, physical planning, environmental, social and market perspective.

Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs) & Implementation
For all projects that involve involuntary resettlement or relocation, a Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) is required during project preparation. In very rare cases, RAP may be done at the same time with implementation phase. This, however, requires that during project preparation and prior to the approval of the project, a resettlement policy framework is prepared with informed participation of affected communities. RAP involves establishing:-

• extent of impact and resettlement,
• implementation arrangement,
• compensation and livelihood,
• budget and financial arrangement,
• monitoring and evaluation, and
• grievance redress mechanism (GRM).
